Leona Culver
Founder • Parent Advocate • Care Coordinator
A proud mother of six beautiful children, four of whom are on the autism spectrum and have additional developmental delays. Leona’s journey as a parent has shaped not only who she is, but also the work she’s called to do. While raising her children, Leona remained committed to her education and earned an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Administration and a Bachelor of Science in Correctional Program and Support Services.
Shortly after graduating, Leona began working as a Care Coordinator, supporting families through the OhioRISE program. Through both personal and professional experiences, Leona quickly realized that many families feel overwhelmed, unheard, and alone when navigating complex systems of care. She has personally faced these challenges—advocating, pushing, and fighting to ensure my children received the services they needed.
Those experiences ignited a passion in Leona to be a voice for other families. She is dedicated to providing support, understanding, and advocacy to ensure that no family has to walk this journey alone.
